ABOUT REIKI...

Reiki is a holistic approach to well-being, it promotes healing from a deeper level, providing comfort, relaxation & rejuvenation. It provides a safe space to reconnect with yourself, clearing the body system of stress. It leaves us feeling revitalised and at ease, physically, mentally & spiritually.

Reiki derives from the Japanese and has been done for centuries. It treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind, and spirit. Whilst a practioner will assess someone during the session, reiki healing happens most freely if the person being treated is open to receiving. It is given by the laying of hands and gentle touch on certain areas of the body. I include the use of pure essential oils and use my training in Thai movement massage to lead my clients into a serene state of being.  

My well-being offerings evolved through my initial trainings in dance and yoga. My experiences travelling the world led me to expand my knowledge in holistic health and alternative therapies. I was fortunate to live in Australia and Bali where holistic healing is highly regarded. Here I experienced hands on healing, shamanic, regression and crystal light work, which led to my partaking in courses and further trainings with many renowned practitioners. My reiki mentors, Kathy & Kevin @reiki_horsell_healing, Woking, have nurtured me through my Usui attunement to be able to share this work with you all. Hand on heart I feel so blessed to offer the wonderment of reiki to help others.
